Order Processing & Dispatch
• All orders are processed within 25 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once ID verification is completed.
• Custom wigs and special orders may require additional processing time of 10 days.
• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Courirer Companies: DHL or FedEx.
Upon check out, please note that the 'Shipping Method' does not include the processing time for your order. This is merely the estimated delivery time once your hair has been processed. When you receive your tracking number, that is when the shipping method timeframe will begin.
UK Shipping
• Standard UK shipping takes approximately 3-17 business days after processing.
International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to select countries.
• Delivery times vary based on location, courier services, and customs processing.
• Standard international shipping takes approximately 10 - 60 business days after processing.
Caribbean Shoppers: We're happy to serve you! To ensure a smooth delivery process, please note the following:
- Use a U.S. Shipping Address- At checkout, please provide a valid U.S. address from a freight forwarder (e.g., Aeropost, E-Zone, ShipMe, MailPac, MyUS) or a trusted contact in the U.S.
- Parcel Delivery to U.S. Address - Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your U.S. address.
- Final Delivery to the Caribbean - Your selected courier or freight forwarder will handle the shipment from the U.S. to your Caribbean location. Please coordinate with them for delivery timelines and costs.
- Customs & Duties - Depending on your country’s regulations, additional customs duties or fees may apply when your package arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Due to new U.S. tariffs and customs regulations affecting shipments from many Asian counties, some of our sourcing and shipping timelines may be slightly impacted. This includes increased customs inspections and additional import duties on all goods entering the U.S. - even small parcels.
At Armoni Luxe Hair, we pride ourselves on offering premium, ethically sourced luxury hair. While we’re doing everything in our power to keep shipping smooth and efficient, we want to be transparent in saying that:

Certain U.S. & Caribbean regions might experience additional customs handling times.
Any changes to shipping costs or timelines will always be communicated upfront - no surprises.
We’re actively exploring alternative solutions - including different shipping routes and logistics partners - to help minimize any delays. However, we want to be transparent: these efforts are not a guarantee, and some factors - like customs processing and international regulations—are completely outside of our control.
Our pre-order processing time remains 25 business days, and as a luxury brand, we do not rush orders to maintain the integrity and quality of your custom units.
If you’re ordering for a special occasion or specific date, we kindly recommend placing your order slightly earlier than usual to avoid any potential inconvenience.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
• These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
• Armoni Luxe is not responsible for any customs-related delays, fees, or refusals to pay import duties.
• If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued for the original shipping cost.
Shipping Delays & Liability
Once an order has been shipped, we do not have control over postal delays caused by:
• Customs clearance procedures
• Local postal services
• Extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
• Strikes, lockdowns, or courier disruptions
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Armoni Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Policy
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must pay a new shipping fee of £150 for re-delivery.
